Create an account and save your login details
Start on the account creation page in the VPNEat user panel. Enter the username and password you want to use, check them carefully, and submit the form. No email address is required, so be sure to save your username and password securely. A password manager can help; avoid leaving your login details in a temporary note or an unsent browser form.
Use a password that’s different from the ones you use on other sites. After submitting the form, check whether you’ve landed in your account or been prompted to sign in. If you see an error, follow the instructions to check your username format, password, and network connection. Don’t repeatedly submit the same information. Once you can access your account, continue to plan selection.
The buttons in this guide open the user panel at the site’s root, which is separate from the marketing pages. Payments, subscription access, client downloads, and support tickets are all handled in the panel. To continue setup on another device, sign in to the same account; there’s no need to create a separate account for each device. VPNEat supports unlimited devices, but you’ll need to configure the client on each one.
Start FreeChoose a plan and check your order status
On the plans page in the panel, check the billing type first, then the data allowance. If you use international routes regularly, choose a monthly plan: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month for all accounts. Before choosing, make sure the allowance suits your everyday usage.
If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain valid until used up and never expire. Monthly plans and data packages suit different usage patterns, so the upfront price alone won’t tell you which is better. Consider whether you use the service regularly or occasionally, then choose accordingly. Compare all options on the Plans and Pricing page.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, create an order as prompted in the panel. Check the amount and plan name, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the panel to check the order status and plan details. A completed payment page doesn’t necessarily mean the plan status in your browser has refreshed. Refresh your account information and confirm the plan is active before getting your subscription. If the payment record and panel status don’t match, keep your order details and contact support through a ticket rather than paying again.
This service offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for details. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; it isn’t calculated as a full new plan term. Check the settlement details shown in the panel before proceeding. If anything is unclear, confirm it first.
Choose this planGet your subscription and prepare to import it
Once your plan is active, open your account overview and find the subscription options. The subscription link lets a client retrieve the server configuration for your account. It isn’t a regular website address or an installer. Use the copy or import option provided in the panel, following the instructions for your device and client. To import manually, copy the link, then switch to the client you’ve already installed.
There’s no need to send the link to anyone for verification. It may contain account-specific access credentials, so protect it like a password. Don’t include the full link in public screenshots, group chats, forum posts, or support requests. To describe an issue, say “import failed” or “the list is empty after updating,” and share the error message without revealing the subscription link.
If your client supports clipboard import, first make sure the clipboard contains the subscription link you just copied from the panel—not order details or other text. When pasting manually, check that you haven’t added spaces, line breaks, or explanatory text. If you copied only part of the link, copy it again from the panel. Don’t guess or edit its parameters.
Before continuing, note the difference between the two links: download the client from the panel’s download page, and get the subscription from your account overview. Installing the client doesn’t import your subscription, and copying the subscription doesn’t start a connection. Next, install the client, import the link, and choose a server for your platform.
Go to account overviewInstall clients and import subscriptions on each platform
Download the VPNEat client for your platform from the user panel download page, then follow the platform-specific setup instructions. You can sign in to download clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux without purchasing a plan. To get a usable subscription, sign in and confirm your plan is active. Don’t replace the installer or subscription in this guide with files or links from unverified sources.
Windows: Install the desktop client and add your subscription
In the panel, choose the client for Windows and download it. Follow the installer to complete setup. Open the client and find the page for managing configurations, often labeled “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Configuration Management.” Choose the option to add a subscription or import from a link, then paste the link copied from your account overview. If prompted for a name, use one that’s easy for you to recognize.
Save the subscription, then update or refresh it and wait for the server list to appear. Return to the connection page and make sure the selected configuration is the subscription you just added, not another one already in the client. When connecting for the first time, check where a request to approve a network component or permission comes from, then follow the panel’s instructions. For now, avoid running other proxy tools at the same time so you can tell which app is managing your network.
macOS: Install the client and approve system permissions
Download the VPNEat client for macOS from the download page, then install and open it as instructed in the panel. If macOS asks you to allow a network extension or add a network configuration, confirm that the prompt comes from the client you just installed, then follow it to the relevant system settings. The client may open without the required permissions, but it won’t connect properly. Don’t dismiss the system prompt just because the app window is open.
Open the client’s subscription or configuration page, import the link, save it, and update. Once the region or server list appears, choose a server and connect. If you can’t find the permission setting or the configuration update fails, see Mac VPN Setup: A Complete Beginner’s Guide to macOS and check each prompt as it appears. Reinstalling repeatedly isn’t necessary.
Android: Import your subscription and allow the VPN connection
Download the VPNEat client for Android from the panel, install it, and open it. If Android asks you to allow app installation from the current source, first confirm that the file came from the panel’s download page, then follow your device’s instructions. Settings labels and locations vary, so follow the path shown on your device rather than looking for an identical menu on another model.
Open the client’s subscription or configuration manager, add the subscription link, and update it. If you import from the clipboard, check that the preview or input field contains no extra text. Once the server list appears, choose a server and connect. When Android asks to allow the VPN connection, confirm the app name and continue. To check that you’re connected later, look at both the client status and whether the service you need actually works—not just the status bar icon.
iOS: Check download availability, then add your configuration
Check the iOS client option on the panel’s download page. Availability depends on what the panel shows. Accounts with an active, unexpired plan can access the relevant App Store link. If the panel says your plan doesn’t meet the requirements, check your account status rather than using an installer for another platform. Whether the App Store page opens also depends on your current store region and what it displays.
After installing and opening the client, use the import option provided in the panel for your device. If you need to import manually, paste the link into the client’s subscription or configuration page and update it. The first time you connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration. Follow the system prompts, return to the client, and choose a server. Start the connection, then follow the verification steps at the end of this guide. For more detailed walkthroughs, see iPhone VPN Setup: A Step-by-Step Guide for Beginners.
Linux users can also download the client from the panel and follow the instructions on the download page. This guide doesn’t cover setup details for every desktop environment and permission manager. For a deeper look at server types, plan options, and how configurations work, see the VPN Selection Guide.
Connect to a server and check that it works
Return to the client’s connection page and choose an exit region suited to what you want to access, then connect. For your first connection, keep the client’s default settings and approve any system network permissions as instructed in the panel. Don’t change the routing mode, DNS settings, and configuration sources all at once before connecting successfully; if something goes wrong, it’ll be hard to identify the cause.
Once the client shows a connection, open a regular website to make sure your basic internet access still works. Then try the international website or app you actually need. Testing the same destination before and after connecting makes it easier to compare results than switching between test sites. The client status shows whether a connection was established; whether the destination loads reflects how it works in practice. Check both.
If regular websites load but an AI tool or streaming service doesn’t, that doesn’t necessarily mean the subscription import failed. Access may also depend on the service’s account region, your exit region, and the app’s current status. Check that the selected server region is suitable, close and reopen the app, and review the error message. Changing servers doesn’t guarantee access to a particular service or override its account and subscription requirements.
If no websites load, disconnect first and confirm that your original network connection is back. Then check whether the subscription updated successfully, the correct configuration is selected, and the required system permissions are enabled. Try another suitable server while leaving other settings unchanged. Changing only one thing at a time makes it easier to tell whether the problem lies with your local network, the imported configuration, or a particular server.
After verifying the connection, repeat the client download and subscription import steps on your other devices. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices supported; usage across them still draws on your plan’s data allowance. Keep an eye on your remaining data and plan status in the panel. Monthly plans reset on your activation date, while data packages are based on remaining usage. Don’t mistake a depleted allowance for a client issue.
